RAVIA Global Services ran technology for a $250M toy manufacturer with full responsibility for MRP/ERP strategy and implementation. We defined the organization’s strategic goals and objectives and chaired the company’s strategic advisory board.

Accounting Firm
RAVIA Global Services worked with a successful accounting firm in the areas of business process execution and technology. After expanding their business to manage the payroll for many large enterprises, the CPA services component of this business was suffering. Especially during the January to April time frames during any given year.
RAVIA Global Services enhanced this firms with business with technology and expertise to create a much more efficient business process. The most successful moment was after the second year of support, when we received many overseas requests from this business owner on his first vacation in 5 years, thanking us for giving him his life back.
NY Construction Company
This major NY construction company invested a lot of money into their website, multiple social media campaigns and on search engine optimization. They choose good products, but there was no plan, strategy or services to measure the areas of defined success.
RAVIA Global Services reeducated the management of this company and after a short assessment of their environment, an engagement was initiated which redirected their marketing efforts with a new 6-month strategy. The results were quick and effective. We built a new marketing and technology strategy for this organization and we were successful in helping their management team grow their business.

A Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund & Investment Management Firm

RAVIA Global Services acted as a strategic advisor and partner for this Investment Firm and Hedge Fund, a subsidiary of Major Tier-1 Financial Institution. We worked extremely close with the business groups, CTO, MD & Sr. VP of IT, Engineering and Application teams to assess and design a multifaceted, multistate solution. This consisted of areas to design, build, deliver, support and manage their production/DR data center environments and redundant disaster recovery (fail-over) trading floor. There were specific requirements that were implicitly needed to ensure peak technology performance and efficiencies were delivered at 99.999% uptime to the business and it's trading floor and data center environments.

Cable & Wiring layout and design, including Cat-6, Fiber and 10G handoffs was implemented with rack & stack services. A multisite and multistate, custom deployed and fully diverse dark fiber ring was built and installed across all business locations, data centers and redundant/DR trading floor

150 seat, 7,500 sq. ft. trading floor was designed and built with two 8-person conference rooms, 5 ft. trading desks with sufficient power, phone systems, television service and quad monitors. IP trading turrets were utilized. 100 sq. ft was allocated for three (3) racks to hold all telecommunications, dark fiber deployments, servers and local storage
